Every plate below is mixed from the canvases inside it, and takes its colour from their own pigment — no swatch was invented for this page. Press one to see the whole family together.

Each work is filed by the dominant colour of the whole canvas — background included — rather than by its subject, so a white daffodil on a royal-blue field lives under Blues & Teals. Family colours are sampled from the paintings themselves: the median pigment of every in-family pixel across that group.
